The cost varies based on the value of the property. Typically, it is around 3%, but can be reduced to 1-2% for valuable properties, and is transparently agreed upon at the time of signing the mandate.

From the start of the negotiation, we provide detailed information on costs and commission agreements, ensuring clear understanding by both parties.
We take care of all the costs, from the study of the initial documentation to the sale, including the staging of the house and the photo shoot. We only receive compensation in the event of a successful sale.

The real estate agency is not entitled to commission in several situations. For example, if one of the parties withdraws from the negotiations for just cause, or if the mediator does not correctly inform the parties about obstacles or irregularities relating to the property. Furthermore, the mediator is not entitled to the commission if he does not have a certificate of registration with the REA or if one of the parties involved in the negotiation is innocently ignorant of his role. In other words, the real estate agency is entitled to the commission only if it meets certain criteria and if its intervention actually leads to the conclusion of the sales contract.
